Du bist die Drehscheibe zwischen Wareneingang, Lager und Produktion. Du sorgst dafür, dass das Material im richtigen Moment am richtigen Ort ist und alle Bewegungen sauber im ERP dokumentiert sind.

Als Tochtergesellschaft der schwedischen Saab-Gruppe beschäftigen wir in der Schweiz rund 140 Mitarbeitende. An zwei Standorten entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben wir technologisch anspruchsvolle Güter für die Verteidigungsindustrie und den zivilen Bereich. Zu unseren Kunden zählen unterschiedliche Beschaffungsbehörden und in ihrem Bereich führende Konzerne – sowohl in der Schweiz wie auch weltweit.

Aufgrund anhaltenden Firmenwachstums suchen wir an unserem Standort in Zwieselberg per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Logistiker 100% (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

Du übernimmst in dieser Rolle den operativen Materialfluss vom Wareneingang bis zur Auslieferung. Du bist für Auftragsmanagement, Produktion, Einkauf und Kreditorenbuchhaltung die fachliche Ansprechperson rund um Bestellungen und Materialbewegungen.

Du führst den Wareneingang, das Warenlager und den Warenausgang gemeinsam mit deinen drei Kolleg:innen: Annahme und Kontrolle der Eingangsware, Einlagerung, Bereitstellung für Produktion und Versand sowie die jährliche rollierende Inventur. Du bist die Drehscheibe zur Fertigung, führst Waren projektbasiert in die Produktion und wieder zurück und kontrollierst die An- und Ablieferungen unserer Logistikpartner.

Im ERP-System erfasst du Warentransaktionen und Beistellmaterial, erstellst Lieferscheine und sorgst dafür, dass die Schnittstellen jederzeit aktuell informiert sind. Bei der Weiterentwicklung des Lagerprozesses wirkst du aktiv mit.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Logistiker:in oder langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse betrieblicher Prozesse in einem produzierenden Industrieumfeld
  • SUVA-anerkannter Staplerkurs
  • Bereitschaft, ADR/SDR-Kurse nach Stellenantritt zu absolvieren (sofern noch nicht vorhanden)
  • Sichere Anwendung eines ERP-Systems (Schwerpunkt Materialwirtschaft) sowie MS Office
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift auf Muttersprachniveau; Grundkenntnisse Englisch von Vorteil
  • Mobilität (die Produktion in Zwieselberg ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht erreichbar)
