Your role

As a Systems Engineer within Air Traffic Management, you will build and improve reliable test and proof-of-concept environments for advanced products used by airports and air navigation service providers around the world. You will be working closely with developers, system engineers and testers and set up, configure and maintain test and concept environments.

Our product portfolio primarily consists of software solutions developed in-house, complemented by proprietary hardware and selected commercial off-the-shelf components. The breadth of the role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple disciplines and gain a deep understanding of complex systems.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot issues and manage upgrades
  • Automate installation, configuration and deployment
  • Document solutions and collaborate across technical teams

You will join an international team of engineers located in Växjö and Gothenburg, Sweden. We are hiring for two positions, one in each location. Together, we foster a supportive and inclusive environment where teamwork, continuous learning, and personal growth are encouraged.

Your profile

You are a curious, collaborative problem-solver who enjoys hands-on technology and learning how systems work together.

Required qualifications:

  • A relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in systems engineering or software development
  • Methodical troubleshooting skills and ownership of system reliability
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Key technical requirements:

  • Networking and troubleshooting
  • Kubernetes, containers or virtualisation
  • Ansible or similar automation tools
  • Linux, monitoring or CI/CD pipelines

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
