Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Realizar mantenimiento, diagnóstico y reparación de maquinaria amarilla (retroexcavadoras, cargadores, excavadoras, motoniveladoras y compactadoras) siguiendo los procedimientos y manuales técnicos.
  • Inspeccionar y comprobar el estado de sistemas hidráulicos, motores diesel, transmisiones, frenos, sistemas eléctricos y accesorios, proponiendo y ejecutando las reparaciones necesarias.
  • Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos programados, gestionar cambios de aceite, filtros, correas y componentes según calendario de mantenimiento.
  • Realizar pruebas de funcionamiento y puesta a punto de equipos tras las reparaciones, asegurando que se cumplan los parámetros de seguridad y desempeño.
  • Registrar en formato establecido las intervenciones realizadas: partes de trabajo, repuestos utilizados, horas-hombre y recomendaciones técnicas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de obra y áreas de apoyo (SST, Calidad, Logística y Mantenimiento) para coordinar intervenciones y minimizar tiempos de inactividad.
  • Participar en la identificación de mejoras en fiabilidad de equipos y propuestas de ahorro en consumibles y repuestos.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad, medioambiental y las buenas prácticas del proyecto en todas las tareas de su responsabilidad.

Requisitos:

  • Título técnico en Mecánica, Mantenimiento de Maquinaria Pesada, o formación equivalente en áreas mecánicas.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria amarilla en obra o planta.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de motores diesel, sistemas hidráulicos, transmisiones y circuitos eléctricos industriales.
  • Capacidad para interpretar manuales técnicos, esquemas eléctricos e hidráulicos y planos de montaje.
  • Manejo de herramientas mecánicas y eléctricas, equipos de diagnóstico y normativa de seguridad (EPP, bloqueo/etiquetado).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en obra, turnos y desplazamientos según proyecto.
  • Preferiblemente licencia de conducción C2
  • Buena comunicación, trabajo en equipo y orientación a la mejora continua.
