Somos un grupo global del Ibex 35 donde desarrollamos proyectos de concesiones, ingeniería y servicios, innovadores de alto valor, en los más de 20 países donde estamos presentes.

Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona para desempeñarse como Operador(a) Camiones I (Mixer), integrándose a nuestro equipo y participando en el transporte y suministro de hormigón en proyectos de construcción e infraestructura.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

Operar camiones mixer para el transporte y suministro de hormigón desde la planta hasta los distintos frentes de trabajo.

Realizar la inspección preoperacional del camión, verificando el estado general del equipo, niveles, neumáticos, sistemas hidráulicos y elementos de seguridad.

Conducir el vehículo de manera segura y responsable, cumpliendo las normas de tránsito, los procedimientos internos y las instrucciones del proyecto.

Controlar el proceso de carga, traslado y descarga del hormigón, asegurando la correcta operación del tambor mezclador.

Verificar la documentación asociada al vehículo, la carga y las entregas, manteniendo los registros operacionales actualizados.

Coordinar con el personal de planta, supervisión, operadores de bomba y equipos de obra los horarios, rutas y puntos de descarga.

Informar oportunamente cualquier falla mecánica, desviación, incidente, accidente o condición insegura detectada durante la operación.

Realizar labores básicas de limpieza y mantenimiento del camión mixer, especialmente del tambor, canaletas y elementos utilizados en la descarga.

Apoyar las actividades operacionales del proyecto de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio y las instrucciones de la supervisión.

Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y prevención de riesgos establecidos por la compañía.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

Licencia de conducir profesional vigente, de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable y el tipo de camión a operar.

Experiencia previa como conductor(a) u operador(a) de camiones pesados, idealmente en camiones mixer, transporte de hormigón o faenas de construcción.

Conocimientos básicos sobre operación, inspección y mantenimiento preventivo de camiones mixer.

Conocimiento de normas de tránsito, conducción segura y procedimientos de seguridad en obras y faenas.

Capacidad para realizar inspecciones preoperacionales y reportar oportunamente fallas o condiciones de riesgo.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en terreno, cumplir turnos y trasladarse según las necesidades del proyecto.

Responsabilidad, compromiso, orientación al cumplimiento de procedimientos y cuidado de los equipos.

Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo, comunicación efectiva y disposición para coordinarse con distintas áreas.

Compromiso con la seguridad, la calidad, el medio ambiente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
