MISIÓN DEL CARGO

Conducir y operar vehículos de carga y transporte del proyecto (volqueta sencilla, doble troque, carro tanque y camioneta), asegurando la entrega o traslado seguro y eficiente de materiales, equipos y personal, cumpliendo normas de seguridad vial, procedimientos internos y requisitos contractuales.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Operar vehículos asignados (volqueta sencilla, doble troque, carro tanque y camioneta) conforme a rutas, horarios y plan de trabajo definidos.
  • Realizar inspecciones diarias del vehículo antes y después de cada jornada (revisar niveles, frenos, neumáticos, luces y equipo de seguridad), reportando cualquier anomalía al responsable de mantenimiento.
  • Cargar, asegurar y descargar materiales o equipos siguiendo procedimientos de estiba y seguridad para evitar daños y garantizar la integridad de la carga.
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad vial, prevención de riesgos y políticas ambientales aplicables al proyecto y a la compañía.
  • Mantener registros de movilización (hojas de ruta, partes de despacho, control de horas y consumo de combustible) y entregar la documentación requerida al área correspondiente.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de obra, supervisores y contratistas para coordinar entregas, recepciones y traslados dentro del área de trabajo.
  • Participar en capacitaciones en seguridad vial, operación segura de vehículos y procedimientos internos cuando sean requeridas.
  • Reportar incidentes, accidentes o condiciones inseguras inmediatamente y colaborar en las investigaciones y medidas correctivas.
  • Realizar labores de limpieza y orden del vehículo, contribuyendo al mantenimiento básico y conservación del equipo.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

  • Licencia de conducir vigente. Licencia C2/C3
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años manejando volquetas, camiones dobles troque, carro tanque o vehículos similares en obras, faenas o transporte de carga.
  • Conocimientos básicos de mecánica preventiva y mantenimiento de vehículos.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones, trabajo en equipo y buena disposición para operar en entornos de obra y terreno.
  • Disponibilidad para turnos, desplazamientos entre faenas y trabajo en condiciones climáticas variables según lo requiera el proyecto.

CONOCIMIENTOS:

  • Normativa de tránsito y transporte de carga – Medio
  • Procedimientos de estiba y seguridad en la carga – Medio
  • Buenas prácticas ambientales en faena – Básico
  • Registro y documentación de transporte (hojas de ruta, partes) – Medio
