Objetivo: Integrar al alumno/a en el quehacer jurídico de la institución, aportando en la revisión, análisis y elaboración de documentos legales, al mismo tiempo que adquiere experiencia práctica en la aplicación del Derecho.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Revisar y analizar contratos, convenios y documentos legales, identificando riesgos o cláusulas críticas.
  • Elaborar minutas, informes jurídicos y resúmenes de normativa aplicable.
  • Colaborar en reuniones de trabajo, levantando actas o aportando insumos legales.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

  • Estudiante en curso o recién egresado de la carrera de Derecho.
  • Interés por el Derecho Comercial, Administrativo, Societario, Corporativo.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar práctica o pasantía en jornada completa, lunes a viernes, durante al menos 3 meses.
  • Manejo de Office intermedio.
