Därför söker vi en Head of Engineering som vill vara med och forma vår tekniska riktning, vidareutveckla tech-organisationen och stötta bolagets fortsatta utveckling och tillväxt. Det här är en möjlighet att kombinera strategiskt ledarskap med tekniskt djup och operativ påverkan i ett bolag där beslutsvägarna är korta och där utvecklingen är kvalitativ och framåtlutad. Om rollen Som Head of Engineering har du det övergripande ansvaret för att leda och utveckla hela tech-organisationen, med ett mindre team av leads som direktrapporterande. Du samarbetar nära CTO och produkt för att sätta riktning, utveckla organisationen och skapa rätt förutsättningar för teamen att leverera. I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Driva och utveckla tech-organisationen, med ett mindre team av leads som närmsta direktrapporterar till dig Sätta riktning och struktur för engineering, ledarskap och arbetssätt för en skalbar organisation Bibehålla tekniskt engagemang och bidra hands-on i utvecklingen cirka en dag i veckan Ha budget- och personalansvar för utvecklingsorganisationen Identifiera möjligheter till automatisering och smartare arbetssätt Arbeta nära CTO, VD, produkt och övriga ledare för att omsätta affärsbehov till teknisk riktning

Om dig Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att leda inom engineering och som vill kombinera ledarskap, organisationsutveckling och fortsatt tekniskt engagemang. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har: Erfarenhet av personalansvar och en gedigen bakgrund inom mjukvaruutveckling Erfarenhet av att driva och utveckla engineering- eller utvecklingsorganisationer, samt av att bygga arbetssätt och processer för en växande organisation Förmåga att balansera strategiska och operativa behov, och att leda genom andra ledare Fortsatt tekniskt engagemang, gärna i form av eget kodande och arkitekturarbete, eller åtminstone ett intresse för att hålla dig nära koden och de tekniska besluten Erfarenhet av nära samarbete med CTO, produkt och övriga delar av organisationen God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska
