The posting

Bij Saffier kun je niet alleen wonen, maar ook leveren wij ambulante/individuele zorg aan huis. Wij zoeken zo spoedig mogelijk een leuke en veelzijdige collega die graag bij de mensen thuiskomt en de zorg levert die op dat moment nodig is. Houd jij van duidelijk communiceren en goede zorg leveren? Uitgangspunt daarbij is de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt met eventuele inzet van de nieuwste zorgtechnologie. Past dit bij je, dan maken we graag kennis.

Wat ga je doen

Als Helpende (Plus) ga je volgens rooster naar de oudere mensen toe die zorg nodig hebben in de wijk rondom WoonZorgPark Loosduinen en daar omheen. Jouw cliënten zijn thuiswonende ouderen die zorg behoeven.

Jij communiceert duidelijk en bent graag in gesprek met jouw cliënten. Je ziet goed of ze bij jou nog steeds in goede handen zijn of dat de zorgvraag groter wordt en extra zorg en ondersteuning nodig is. Je kunt dan altijd schakelen met de wijkverpleegkundige.

Je start dus altijd in de wijk en de resterende uren lever je zorg intramuraal in WoonZorgPark Loosduinen omdat de thuiszorg bij ons in de opstartfase zit. Wel fijn, want op deze manier leer je de collega’s bij Saffier extra snel kennen. Je wordt gekoppeld aan een afdeling van WoonZorgPark Loosduinen en bent inzetbaar op alle afdelingen.

Saffier is een Haagse ouderenzorgorganisatie. Wij zorgen ervoor dat de (ouder wordende) mensen ondersteund worden om zichzelf te kunnen zijn en blijven. Deze zorg leveren we op tien verschillende locaties en bij de mensen thuis. De persoonlijke wensen en behoeften van de cliënten staan voorop. Het DNA van Saffier is opgebouwd uit aandacht, betekenis geven en toekomstbestendige zorg leveren.

Past dit bij jou

  • Je hebt een afgerond mbo-diploma niveau 2 Helpende eventueel aangevuld met een medicatiemodule of de bereidheid deze module bij Saffier te behalen
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (dag, avond en weekend)
  • Ervaring in de thuiszorg is een pré
  • Je kunt goed communiceren
  • Je beschikt over goede administratieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent bekend met digitale communicatie

Wat levert het jou op

  • Salaris, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, in: FWG 25 voor een Helpende tot max. €3.233,35 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek FWG 30 voor een Helpende Plus tot max. €3.410,16 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek
