Heb jij het diploma niveau 2 Helpende plus of niveau 3 Verzorgende IG en werk je graag nachtdiensten? Dan verwelkomen wij jou graag als onze nieuwe collega!

Wat ga je doen

Je werkt van 23.00 uur tot 07.30 uur. In die tijd verzorg je waar nodig onze bewoners, verstrekt eventueel medicatie en draag je jouw steentje bij om de locatie draaiende te houden. Je volgt hierbij de opgestelde afspraken in het zorgleefplan. Bijzonderheden die je signaleert rapporteer je in het digitale zorgleefplan en aan het WAN hoofd.

Jij biedt tijdens de nacht de ondersteuning die onze cliënten op dat moment nodig hebben, omdat jij oog hebt voor wat telt.

Wie zijn wij

In Domus Nostra wordt zorg gegeven aan bewoners met het syndroom van Korsakov. Het zijn allen bewoners met cognitieve stoornissen, bij sommige bewoners staan gedragsstoornissen op de voorgrond. Uitgangspunt hierbij is de empathisch directieve benadering, een door Saffier ontwikkelde methode om mensen met Korsakov zo goed mogelijk te kunnen begeleiden.

Past dit bij jou

  • Je bent een echte zorgprofessional met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en vermogen tot zelfreflectie
  • Je hebt het diploma helpende plus (mbo niveau 2) of verzorgende IG (mbo niveau 3)
  • Je hebt affiniteit met mensen met het syndroom van Korsakov
  • Je werkt graag nachtdiensten
  • Je bent creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen
  • Je stimuleert bewoners bij het nemen en behouden van de eigen regie

Wat levert het je op

  • Voor de functie van Helpende plus: salaris in FWG 30 cao VVT, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, tot max. €3.410,16 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek
  • Voor de functie van VIG: salaris in FWG 35 cao VVT, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, tot max. €3.592,96 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek
  • Pensioenopbouw bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarstoeslag
