Wat ga je doen?

Het bestaat ècht: een fijne werkplek voor jou als verpleegkundige waarin je kleinschalige zorg levert aan bewoners met het syndroom van Korsakov. Dit doe je samen met fijne, betrokken medewerkers en collega’s.

Waar ga je werken?

Domus Nostra is een woon- en expertisecentrum voor bewoners met het syndroom van Korsakov, of een daaraan gerelateerde stoornis. In Domus Nostra variëren de bewoners in leeftijd van 40 tot 75 jaar. Uitgangspunt bij de begeleiding is de empathisch directieve benadering, een door Saffier ontwikkelde methode om mensen met het syndroom van Korsakov zo goed mogelijk te kunnen begeleiden. Domus Nostra is een inspirerende werkomgeving, waar eigen initiatief, eigen verantwoordelijkheid, zelfreflectie en teamgeest van groot belang zijn.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt het mbo- of hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde
  • Extra fijn als je werkervaring hebt, maar je kunt deze ervaring ook bij ons opdoen
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep Korsakov
  • Je begeleidt en adviseert zorgmedewerkers van deskundigheidsniveau 2 en 3
  • Je bent een teamspeler

Wat levert het je op?

  • Salaris in FWG 45 cao VVT tot max. €4.245,84 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek
  • Pensioenopbouw bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarstoeslag
  • Persoonlijk scholings- en/of ontwikkelingsplan
  • Saffier heeft een actieve personeelsvereniging waar je automatisch gratis lid van bent
  • Je hebt recht op een toeslag als je onregelmatige diensten werkt (ORT). Het percentage is afhankelijk van het moment waarop je een ORT-dienst werkt. De percentages variëren van 22% tot 60%
  • Wij stimuleren gezondheid en vitaliteit. Op elke afdeling is gratis fruit voorhanden en je kunt als medewerker korting krijgen op de aanschaf van een fiets, eigen telefoon, tablet, laptop, wellness-bon of sportschoolabonnement
