The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar invalcollega’s die ons af en toe kunnen ondersteunen. Binnen de receptie zijn de roosters en vakantie van tevoren bekend, dus kun jij als invalcollega van tevoren zien welke ruimte er in het rooster er voor jou is om te werken. Is er even wat minder werk, dan bestaat de mogelijkheid om op een andere locatie van Saffier in te vallen.

Wat ga je doen als receptioniste/telefoniste

Bewoners, bezoeker en leveranciers voelen zich bij jou welkom. Als receptioniste/telefoniste ben je verantwoordelijk voor de telefonie en post en verricht je licht administratieve taken. In het WoonZorgPark Loosduinen is een kleine winkel voor onze bewoners. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de winkel op orde is en bent verantwoordelijk voor het afrekenen aan de kassa. Tevens houd je toezicht op de brand- en storingsmelders.

Wie zijn wij

WoonZorgPark Loosduinen is een kleinschalig zorgcentrum met aanleunappartementen, één- en tweekamerappartementen en allerlei voorzieningen die ook voor de wijk toegankelijk zijn. Hierdoor is er altijd leven en gezelligheid. In Loosduinen zijn ook oudere mensen welkom bij wie het geheugen in lichte of sterkere mate achteruit gaat. In de vleugel Molenzicht en Westcamp wonen bewoners zelfstandig, maar wordt extra structuur geboden als dat nodig is. Op de afdeling Schelpenhof wonen ouderen met een indicatie dementie in een gesloten setting.

  • Winkelcentrum Loosduinen is om de hoek gelegen. Je dagelijkse boodschappen doe je eenvoudig voor of na je werk
  • We zijn goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer
  • Op loopafstand van het groene Madestein

  • Je staat de bezoekers en onze bewoners met een glimlach te woord
  • Je vindt het leuk om te bellen en hebt een enthousiaste en goede telefoonstem
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en hebt ervaring in het werken als receptioniste/ telefoniste
  • Je beschikt over computervaardigheden
  • Je vind het leuk om de kleine winkel op orde te houden en af te rekenen
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor zowel dag- als avonddiensten zowel gedurende de week als in het weekend en op feestdagen

Wat levert het je op

  • Een contract als invalcollega in eerste instantie voor een jaar. Bij goed functioneren met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband
  • Salaris in FWG 25 cao VVT, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, tot max. €20,66 bruto per uur
