About Our Family

We are a busy, active family of five living in the West Hills, juggling two demanding careers while raising three young daughters (6, 4, and 2). Dad travels frequently for work, while Mom has recently returned to work after spending the summer at home with the girls. As we navigate this transition, we're looking forward to finding a new rhythm that allows us to balance our professional responsibilities while still being present for the little moments that matter most. Our daughters are sweet, playful, and full of energy, and our days are filled with activities, routines, and the everyday adventures of raising a young family.

We love encouraging our girls' curiosity, creativity, and growing independence, whether they're enjoying imaginative play, spending time outdoors, or participating in activities like swim lessons. We also follow a no-screen-time philosophy at home, with the exception of music and stories, and prioritize hands-on play, meaningful connection, and opportunities for our girls to explore the world around them.

We're looking for an extra set of capable, caring hands to help keep our household running smoothly particularly in the afternoon and evenings. We have a weekly housekeeper, so our greatest need is support with the day-to-day rhythm of family life, from transporting the girls to their activities and maintaining consistent routines to keeping things organized and managing the little tasks that can easily pile up. We value professionalism, reliability, and quiet competence, and appreciate someone who can take initiative, anticipate needs, and confidently manage responsibilities without needing constant direction. We're looking for someone who can become a trusted, long-term partner to our family, bringing consistency, initiative, and care to our household while growing alongside us as our needs evolve.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're someone who naturally brings order, structure, and a sense of calm to a busy household. Organized, proactive, and self-directed, you take a project manager's approach to household support, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and confidently taking ownership of responsibilities without needing constant direction. You're resourceful, detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in making daily life run more seamlessly for the family.

You bring a warm, playful, and nurturing energy to your interactions with children. You genuinely enjoy spending time with children, engaging in imaginative play, encouraging creativity, and finding developmentally appropriate ways to keep them active and engaged without relying on screens. You're attentive to their individual personalities and needs, balancing fun with appropriate structure, consistency, and boundaries while respecting the parents' approach.

You're a thoughtful communicator who values professionalism, discretion, and healthy boundaries. You enjoy being part of a family's support system while maintaining a respectful, work-focused relationship with the parents. You're comfortable working independently, communicating proactively, and knowing when to take initiative versus when to ask questions. You're also a confident, safety-conscious driver who can be trusted to manage transportation to school, activities, and other commitments. Ultimately, you're looking to build a long-term relationship with a family where your strong work ethic, reliability, and care make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

  • High emotional intelligence: Patient, adaptable, and attentive to children's individual needs, with the ability to guide behavior and maintain healthy boundaries.
  • Professional and discreet: Respects family privacy, maintains appropriate boundaries, and communicates thoughtfully.
  • Reliable and accountable: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, follows through on commitments, and takes ownership of responsibilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
