Our household is structured and busy, but not overly formal. We value collaboration, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach where everyone contributes in their own way. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic role that blends household support, cooking, organization, and family assistance. We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and approach each day with a helpful attitude. Discretion, trust, strong judgment, and the ability to build a positive long-term relationship with the household are highly valued.

  • Calm Under Pressure: You remain composed and solutions-oriented when plans change or unexpected needs arise. You do not take feedback or adjustments personally and can adapt with ease.
  • Highly Organized: You naturally create structure, keep track of details, and ensure household needs are anticipated before they become urgent.
  • Proactive and Resourceful: You take initiative, identify what needs to be done, and find efficient ways to support the household without needing constant direction.
  • Discreet and Trustworthy: You understand the importance of privacy in a personal household and maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and good judgment at all times.
  • Strong Communicator and Team Player: You communicate clearly, collaborate well with household staff and vendors, and contribute positively to the overall team dynamic.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using technology, online platforms, digital calendars, ordering systems, and other tools that help keep household operations organized.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: You are comfortable with a role that changes based on the season, household schedule, travel needs, and family priorities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
