About Our Family

This warm and busy household is looking for a reliable partner who can help bring organization, consistency, and ease to everyday life. Our family values someone who feels like an extension of themselves: a person who notices what needs to be done, helps create smoother systems, and brings a thoughtful, proactive approach to household management.

Our household includes a young child and a small senior dog, and we appreciate someone who is comfortable around children, understands the importance of a safe and organized environment, and can work independently while staying connected with our needs. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving routines, and becoming a trusted part of the household rhythm.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who naturally looks for ways to make life easier. You enjoy organization, creating efficient systems, and suggesting improvements when you see opportunities to streamline routines. You are comfortable using technology for scheduling and communication, can manage tasks independently, and have a warm, calm presence around children.

In this role, you will provide hands-on support with household organization, family scheduling, meal preparation, laundry, errands, and occasional childcare assistance. You will help create smoother daily routines by anticipating needs, maintaining systems, and taking ownership of important household details.

This role is best suited for someone who is trustworthy, professional, collaborative, and able to maintain a light footprint while working in a family’s home. The family values someone who is dependable, communicative, adaptable, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
