We are a warm and energetic family of six living in Hudson, WI, with four children spanning a variety of ages and stages. Our days are full and lively, starting early with school routines and moving quickly through activities, homework, and sports. Evenings are often centered around family meals, winding down together, and keeping a steady rhythm in the home. Life here is structured yet dynamic, full of laughter, movement, and the small adventures of everyday family life.

Our household thrives when there is clear organization and a capable, steady presence. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly support both childcare and household needs, serving as a proactive partner to the family and helping keep day-to-day life running smoothly. Key priorities include meal preparation, consistent laundry and linens management, maintaining an orderly home, and helping ensure the family’s daily routine flows smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who brings calm, confident energy to our busy household and takes initiative to keep things running smoothly. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable engaging with children of all ages, from infants to older kids. You enjoy being part of a dynamic home where the parent is actively involved in the day-to-day, and you can navigate that environment with maturity and grace. We value someone who is confident in the kitchen, adaptable to the rhythms of family life, reliable, and able to provide strong references. While travel is occasional, we would love someone open to joining us on domestic or international trips when needed.

  • Experienced with children of all ages, confident in engaging and supervising them.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to anticipate household needs.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and functional home.
  • Comfortable in the kitchen, with an understanding of meal prep for dietary restrictions.
  • Reliable transportation and strong references.
  • Calm, grounded, and adaptable in a dynamic household environment.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with parents as an active partner in care.
  • Open to occasional travel with the family (domestic and international).

  • Batch cooking each week, including special treats and muffins.
  • Dinner prep support.
  • Washing, chopping, and prepping fruits and vegetables.
  • Grocery shopping to support weekly meal planning.
  • Kitchen clean-up and maintenance.

Family Support

  • School drop-offs a few days per week, using the family vehicle.
  • Provide supervision and care for the younger children, supporting their daily routines and activities.
  • Kid-related errands as needed.

  • Create and maintain household organization systems.
  • Daily resets and light tidying, including dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming high-traffic areas.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
