About Our Family

We're a busy, entrepreneurial household based in Sarasota — we thrive in an active, on-the-go environment and like our home to feel put-together even on the busiest days. We work from home and appreciate a space that feels calm, organized, and welcoming.

Our household includes two dogs (a mellow, affectionate goldendoodle and a younger, more cautious boxer) and a steady rhythm of projects, travel, and entertaining. We travel frequently and like knowing the home is in good hands while we're away. We take real pride in keeping our home comfortable and well cared for, inside and out.

We're looking for someone who understands how a home like ours operates and can take the wheel confidently without being asked twice. The right person will make us wonder how we ever managed without them.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're a seasoned household professional who brings equal parts warmth and efficiency to your work. You have a light footprint — you get things done without creating noise or distraction — and you genuinely enjoy the craft of keeping a home running beautifully. You're highly detail-oriented, naturally proactive, and comfortable pivoting when the day's priorities shift.

You read the room well. You know when to chat and when to stay heads-down and focused. You work independently without needing constant direction, and you take ownership of your responsibilities with pride. You're equally comfortable with hands-on household tasks and administrative support, and you don't treat either as beneath you. You're warm, professional, and trustworthy, bringing a calm, capable energy to the home.

Experience working in a private household is strongly preferred, and comfort around dogs is a must.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
