About Our Family

We are a warm, busy family building a home life that feels organized, connected, and enjoyable. Both parents work from home with flexible schedules, creating an active household where there is always something happening throughout the day. We have two young children, ages 5 and 2, who bring lots of energy and curiosity to our home, along with a beloved family cat.

After spending time living in another city, we are excited to be back in our San Francisco home and are looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our household rhythm. We value good food, thoughtful organization, and creating a welcoming home environment where our family can spend more quality time together.

We are looking for a household partner who takes pride in creating ease behind the scenes, bringing thoughtful systems, consistency, and care to the many details that keep a home running smoothly.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a proactive, organized professional who enjoys taking ownership of a household and making a meaningful impact. You naturally notice what needs attention, prioritize tasks thoughtfully, and bring a steady, capable presence to your work.

You are warm, personable, and comfortable working alongside a busy family while maintaining professionalism and discretion. You take pride in the details, whether preparing a nourishing meal, creating order in the home, supporting family routines, or completing a project from start to finish. You are reliable, resourceful, and adaptable, with the confidence to work independently while staying connected with the family’s needs and preferences.

You enjoy being around children and can provide a calm, supportive presence when family assistance is needed. Above all, you are someone who brings care, initiative, and a genuine desire to help a household thrive.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
