About Our Family:

We are a lovely, close-knit family who values quality time together. While we cherish our family moments, we also lead busy lives and require support to keep everything running smoothly. With three children and a range of activities, we need help managing daily logistics, driving to and from practices, and ensuring the house stays organized and well-maintained. We prioritize a calm, balanced environment where everyone can thrive.

Our family enjoys a healthy lifestyle, appreciates routine, and values open communication. We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our home, provide support where needed, and help us manage the busy aspects of our lives while respecting our peaceful, family-focused atmosphere.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a reliable, responsible, and calm individual with a great sense of ownership over their tasks. You’re highly detail-oriented and proactive in completing household tasks without requiring constant direction. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting our busy schedules, which often involve driving to gymnastics practices and competitions. You’ll assist with organizing the home, helping with meal prep and grocery shopping, and managing errands. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a family-oriented environment and wants to be part of a supportive, dynamic household.

We value clear, direct communication and respect for our family culture, which includes a healthy lifestyle and non-intrusive presence. Ideally, you are someone with a cultural affinity for the family and you're looking to engage with our family in a meaningful way. You understand different cultural norms and have a discerning eye, great judgment, and common sense. You bring a calm energy to the home and are practical, reliable, with excellent follow-through. You take ownership of your tasks and are proactive, always seeing things out of place and fixing them without needing to be asked.

You are respectful of how the family runs things and have a genuine interest in becoming part of their routine. You value a healthy lifestyle, healthy home practices, and strive for a good routine. The family speaks multiple languages, and they would encourage someone international who can connect with them on a deeper level.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
