About Our Family

We're a busy family of four with two young children navigating the demands of careers and an active household. Both parents work in professional roles that require focus and flexibility, with some travel mixed in. Our home runs on teamwork, but we've reached a point where we need someone to help bring more organization and ease into our daily routines. We value efficiency and results, and we're looking for someone who can help us build sustainable systems so our home feels less reactive and more intentional. We appreciate initiative and are ready to partner with someone who can help us get ahead of the weekly chaos.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and systems-driven. You're comfortable working independently and can follow direction initially, then take more initiative as you learn our rhythms and preferences. You have an eye for what needs to be done without being told and can spot opportunities to improve how things run. You're detail-oriented, calm, and outcome-focused, and you take pride in helping others offload their mental bandwidth.

Key Responsibilities

Meal Support

  • Prepare simple, healthy meals in batches 2-3 times per week (breakfast sandwiches, crockpot meals, cut fruit, proteins like chicken and ground beef, grains, salads)
  • Follow family-provided recipes initially, then adapt based on preferences once familiar
  • Manage grocery ordering (primarily online pickup or delivery) and put items away
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

Household Organization & Maintenance

  • Create and maintain household organization systems (closets, toy storage, pantry, entryway)
  • Perform daily resets and light tidying (dishes, surfaces, putting items in place)
  • Seasonal swaps (clothing and bedding)
  • Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs

Inventory & Errands

  • Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
  • Manage running household supply lists and subscriptions (Amazon Subscribe & Save)
  • Handle mail and package deliveries (open packages, put items away, break down boxes, take to recycling)
  • Occasional returns (minimal)

Laundry & Linens

  • Wash, fold, and organize family laundry (check laundry upon arrival, rotate at least one load per day)
  • Maintain regular linen rotation (sheets and towels)
  • Keep laundry area tidy and well-stocked

Deep Cleaning & Special Projects

  • Occasional fridge clean-out (wipe down, remove expired items, rotate food)
  • Refresh entryway and high-traffic areas
  • Organizational projects such as sorting through kids' toys across multiple rooms and identifying outgrown items for donation

Vendor & Property Oversight

  • Research and coordinate repairs and get quotes as needed (e.g. find 2-3 vendors and present options for approval)
  • Coordinate vendors/projects as needed (e.g. garage organization)
  • Schedule seasonal property maintenance (example: fall cleanup scheduled in August)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
