About Our Family

We are a warm and caring family of four with days that are filled with school schedules, activities, work commitments, and the everyday rhythm of family life. With both parents working demanding jobs and traveling regularly, we are looking for a trusted House Manager who can bring calm, consistency, and thoughtful support to our home. The ideal person will help make afternoons feel more organized, keep the household running smoothly, and bring a steady presence to the family’s busy routine.

Our family values intention in the way we live: our home is organized, welcoming, and eco-conscious. We believe in doing things thoughtfully and well, and appreciate someone who shares that mindset. We also believe in raising our children to contribute to the household, take responsibility for their belongings, and develop the confidence to do things for themselves.

Beyond the daily household routines, our family appreciates a person we can truly trust. Someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and brings an extra level of care to the home. Whether helping with after-school transportation, preparing snacks, managing errands, or taking care of the details that keep our busy household organized, the right person will become an important part of our daily rhythm. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a home that feels cared for, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and take genuine pride in your work. You notice what needs to be done and handle it without being asked, from resetting the kitchen and managing laundry to organizing errands, restocking household supplies, and keeping the home running smoothly. You care about doing things well, not simply checking off a list, and understand that the little details often make the biggest difference in a busy family’s day.

You are calm, warm, and dependable, bringing a gentle, intentional presence with our teenagers. You understand how to read the room: knowing when they need space or a little extra support after a long school day. You connect naturally with them, reinforce household expectations, and encourage their growing independence. You know how to be present and engaged without being overbearing, creating a comfortable environment where they feel supported.

You bring a steady, engaged presence to the home and are comfortable managing a variety of household responsibilities. You are aligned with the our eco-conscious values, appreciate thoughtful routines, and take ownership of tasks. Above all, you are thoughtful, trustworthy, and ready to become a valued part of our family’s everyday life.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
