About Our Family

We are a warm, creative, and intentional household rooted in a mix of calm, grounded time together with a little silliness thrown in! Our home is a minimalist space — we value tidiness, thoughtful organization, and an environment free of clutter. However, we also love to spend time playing, laughing, and just enjoying life.

Our household is anchored by a busy, entrepreneurial mom who runs a writing studio and maintains a professional practice. With two energetic little ones at the center of our world, we need someone who can step in and genuinely hold things together — not just check boxes.

Life here moves at a purposeful pace: our days are full, our home is loved, and we take genuine pride in the spaces we keep. The right person will blend into our rhythm naturally, keeping the house humming so that evenings feel peaceful and the week feels manageable.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are warm, playful, and sincerely enjoy being around young children — the kind of person whose arrival at pickup makes the kids light up. You are naturally tidy and instinctively reset a space. You are organized, self-directed, and bring a calm confidence to whatever you take on.

You are polite and professional in your communication — you do not need to fill silence with conversation, and you are comfortable working independently without ongoing direction. You show up as a reliable, grounded presence. You have a knack for small, thoughtful touches that go beyond the task list — a beautifully plated snack, a freshly tidied counter, a moment of delight for a toddler. You see the glass half full and share that positivity with everyone around you.

On an average day, we will need help in the evenings: picking the kids up from school/daycare, taking care of some light meal prep, laundry, and ad-hoc errands and tasks while mom helps the kids with their evening and night-time routine. On occasion, we may ask for you to flex the schedule to account for a vendor coming in, an event to prepare for, or to take on more direct childcare.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
