About Our Family

We are a fun, energetic household with mom and two children, 5 and 8 years old, living in a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood. Mom works from home, and there are always kids around, friends coming and going, and something happening. Our days are filled with school, activities, sports, neighborhood adventures, travel, and the everyday hustle of family life. We love being active, having fun, and creating a home where our kids and their friends feel comfortable and welcome.

Our schedule changes with work, travel, and parenting time. Some weeks are active and structured around after-school activities, meals, carpools, and transitions. Other weeks give us a chance to slow down, reset, get organized, and prepare for what’s ahead.

We’re looking for someone who will enjoy becoming part of that rhythm — a self-starter who can embrace the occasional chaos of a busy family while naturally leaning into organization, structure, and order. Someone who can jump in, see what needs to happen, and help keep our home feeling calm and cared for even when life is moving quickly.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You are a warm, capable professional who genuinely enjoys helping a busy family find its steady beat. You connect naturally with kids, understand how to meet them where they are, and can bring a sense of calm, consistency, and fun to their day while always keeping professionalism top of mind.

You are a proactive, highly organized self-starter who doesn’t need to wait for a list to know what comes next. You notice what needs attention, take initiative, and enjoy creating the systems, routines, and order that help a household run smoothly. You communicate clearly and directly, follow through on the details, and take pride in doing things thoroughly and well.

Flexibility is key and being comfortable shifting gears as the needs of the household change are seen as an adventure, not a burden — from supporting the kids and preparing meals to tackling household projects, errands, pet care, or administrative tasks. You know how to lean into the energy of a busy home without being overwhelmed by it, and you find real satisfaction in being the person who helps everything come together.

Spanish language skills are a wonderful plus, as both children attend a dual immersion program.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
