Job Description

Ready to be at the heart of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization? SAIC is seeking an Executive/Support Integrator to support an exciting Front Office program in Tysons Corner, VA. This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive operational excellence while supporting work that truly matters.

You'll play a key role by:

  • Keeping leadership and teams organized through expert calendar management and day-to-day administrative support.
  • Managing critical office systems and databases, ensuring seamless personnel onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining communication infrastructure, including office email groups and distribution lists, to keep stakeholders informed and connected.
  • Bringing organization, initiative, and attention to detail to a team where your contributions directly support mission success.

Qualifications

  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly to be considered for this role
  • 9 or more years of relevant experience
  • 7 or more years of experience within the IC customer spaces integrating administrative, operational, staffing and data-related support functions
  • Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience can be substituted for the degree
  • Proficiency with technology and platforms such as Power BI, PowerPoint and JIRA
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and completing priorities
  • Documented experience leveraging data to respond to leadership questions, complete taskings, identify trends and develop clear executive-level products
  • Positive, professional attitude, even when managing competing priorities or difficult requests
  • Excellent judgement and discretion when handling sensitive matters
  • Confidence to push back appropriately, establish boundaries and take control of actions within their area of responsibility
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team with the Executive Assistants and other support staff
  • Assist with team building and internal events
  • Flexibility in working core business hours of 8am-4pm
