Deine Aufgaben:

  • IT-Support & Anwenderbetreuung: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei allen IT-Fragen und unterstützt sie kompetent und lösungsorientiert bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen.
  • Fehleranalyse & Troubleshooting: Du analysierst Störungen eigenständig, findest Lösungen und koordinierst bei komplexeren Themen die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister.
  • Betreuung unserer IT-Landschaft: Du verantwortest die Betreuung und Administration unserer Client-PCs, Peripheriegeräte, Mobilgeräte sowie unserer Telefon- und Kommunikationssysteme.
  • IT-Infrastruktur & Netzwerk: Du kümmerst dich um die Beschaffung, Einrichtung und Betreuung von Hard- und Software sowie um unsere Netzwerk- und Systeminfrastruktur.
  • Benutzer- und Systemadministration: Du übernimmst Aufgaben rund um Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen, Arbeitsplatz- und Systemeinrichtung und stellst einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicher.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern: Du steuerst und koordinierst unseren externen IT-Partner, kommunizierst Anforderungen und behältst offene Themen und deren Umsetzung im Blick.
  • IT-Sicherheit & Standards: Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Sicherheitsstandards und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig und sicher betrieben werden.
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer IT: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung unserer IT-Landschaft aktiv mit.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen und gängiger Business-Software
  • Gute Kenntnisse in PC-Hardware, Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit bzw. Steuerung von externen IT-Dienstleistern
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken und Freude daran, IT-Probleme nicht nur zu lösen, sondern deren Ursachen zu finden
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Service- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Lust, unsere IT aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Zudem bringst du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
