This is a dynamic, student-focused role that combines program management, partner collaboration, and event delivery to create meaningful opportunities for connection, belonging, and success. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the Coordinator leads complex initiatives involving hundreds of students, multiple campus partners, and a blend of in-person, online, and hybrid experiences.

  • Support and oversee student volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, recognition, and engagement.
  • Manage volunteer tracking systems and analyze participation data to enhance volunteer experiences and leadership development opportunities.
  • Coordinate peer mentorship and student transition initiatives, including participant recruitment, program delivery, and ongoing support.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with academic schools, Student Services, Marketing, the Registrar's Office, and other campus partners.
  • Develop and deliver clear communications to students, volunteers, and campus partners.
  • Lead meetings with partners, establish project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional onboarding and engagement initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on program participation, feedback, and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and the student experience.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development, administration, and evaluation of the Peer Mentorship Program, including outreach, training, engagement strategies, and impact assessment.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in student programming or event management
  • Experience coordinating events, orientations, onboarding, or student transition programs.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse campus and community partners.
  • Student-focused approach with a strong commitment to customer service and creating positive student experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities during peak activity periods.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and student success.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
