职责说明： 1， 负责实现产品电路功能和软件架构，核心功能软件算法实现； 2， 负责产品研发各阶段功能实现、验证，输出相关文件； 3， 负责相关的关键技术的软件验证、算法实现； 4， 参与新项目的软件预研、评估，负责产品的MCU器件平台的选型评估； 5， 负责产品测试，认证，试产技术问题的跟踪和解决。 6，产品方向:锂电池逆变器、BMS保护板、PD电源及储能产品、无刷电动工具或电机控制类家电等产品都有需求。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机相关专业，三年以上工作经验； 2、熟悉C/C++语言、单片机嵌入式编程，熟悉51，ARM系列MCU以及IAR KEIL等开发工具； 3、有过如电动工具BLDC、PMSM电机控制、割草机、BMS电池包、逆变器或家电产品项目开发经验优先； 4、有一定的硬件基础者优先； 5、具有产品软件认证的相关经验优先； 6、责任心强，学习能力强，乐于钻研技术，具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力。
