1、本科及以上学历，有英语读写基础； 2、有PCBA 生产与组装行业工作背景，熟悉外资OEM工厂模式； 3、五年以上PIE经验，具有PIE工艺策划与生产线布置设计的专业知识； 4、熟悉PCBA生产流程生产工艺（SMT、AI、波峰焊、coating）； 5、了解IE手法,Auto CAD,PFMEA，DOE, CAM350等工具； 6、了解波峰焊、手工焊接、装配夹具的制作，了解IE及工艺基础知识； 7、具有良好流程把控能力,效率意识强,品质意识强； 8、英语可作工作语言的，可安排长期出差工作。
