About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

B2B buying has changed. Buyers research on their own, decide as a group, and expect fast, personal answers on the channels they prefer. The old handoff, where marketing passes leads to sales and hopes for the best, can't keep up. Sales Cloud is building what comes next: one revenue motion where marketers, sellers, revenue operations teams, and AI agents work the same accounts together, inside the CRM.

As Director, Product Management for B2B Revenue Automation, you own the product strategy that brings sales and marketing together. Your charter covers account-based marketing (ABM), buying groups for sales teams, and agentic engagement. That includes the Buyer Engagement Agent, an Agentforce agent that turns marketing messages into two-way conversations that qualify buyers and book meetings for sellers. Success is measured by customer adoption, the pipeline our customers create, and the growth of the business

  • This role sits within Sales Cloud and partners closely with Marketing Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce teams across Salesforce.
  • You won't just ship features. You'll define how companies grow revenue when AI agents engage every account and every buyer, and people focus on the moments that matter most.
  • This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and is eligible for an office-flexible work arrangement.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for B2B revenue automation in Sales Cloud. Make clear calls on what to build, what to partner on, and what to stop.
  • Bring sales and marketing into one motion. Define how teams target accounts and buying groups, act on buying signals, run coordinated plays across marketing campaigns and seller outreach, and measure pipeline across both.
  • Lead the Buyer Engagement Agent as a core part of this charter, in close partnership with Marketing Cloud, so every buyer gets a personal conversation on the right channel and every warm conversation reaches the right seller.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship trusted AI agents at enterprise scale, and mentor product managers across the team. Evangelize the strategy with customers, partners, and executives, and work with pricing, product marketing, and sales to bring it to market.

You're Our Person If…

  • You have 3-5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, including owning complex, multi-team products as a senior individual contributor.
  • You have built products for marketing or sales teams, such as marketing automation, account-based marketing, sales engagement, or CRM.
  • You have shipped AI or machine learning products, such as AI agents or generative AI features, to enterprise customers.
  • You have led product work across a highly matrixed organization, influencing leaders you don't manage, and you explain strategy clearly to executives, customers, and engineers.
  • A related technical degree required.

Even Better If…

  • You have experience with buying groups, intent data, third-party data enrichment, or revenue attribution.
  • You have designed consumption-based or usage-based pricing for AI or data products.
  • You have worked in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, or Agentforce.
  • You already use AI agents in your own work, for example to research or prototype, and can say what it changed.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
