Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Expereince

Systems Engineer is responsible for administering and managing the Finance systems & applications that support our mission critical business processes. Systems Engineer will be the primary process expert in their service area and will work in collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, and other technology teams in support of Salesforce end to end business processes. Daily activities will include, but are not limited to, enterprise application support, resolving technical and functional system issues, performing trend analysis and identifying enhancements to reduce support requests, and collaborating with development teams to implement new and enhanced functionality. The successful candidate must be agile and able to support multiple priorities.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own production support and escalation for Zuora Revenue (RMS/RevPro), driving complex incidents from triage through root cause and durable resolution.
  • Troubleshoot the complete quote/order-to-revenue flow across upstream order and billing systems; Zuora Revenue processing; and downstream Oracle/ERP, GL, close, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Resolve transaction and interface issues involving sales orders, invoices, credit memos, returns, staging failures, Transformation Layer (TL) errors, batch jobs, data quality and controlled reprocessing.
  • Support daily RMS operations, month/quarter close, reconciliations, journal validation, reporting extracts and time-sensitive production activities.
  • Lead quarterly patch validation, environment refreshes, UAT and regression testing; coordinate Finance, Business, Engineering, integration teams and vendors.
  • Reduce repeat issues through monitoring, automation, preventive controls, runbooks and knowledge transfer; mentor support analysts and communicate risks clearly to leadership.
  • Collaborate with business users in handling enhancement requests, coordinate application releases, manage testing and deployment activities, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Interact with the Zuora Support team to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
  • Support quarterly/annual SOX walkthroughs and audit evidence requests, ensuring timely, accurate documentation of Zuora Revenue processes and controls.

You're Our Person If...

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Zuora Revenue/RevPro in a complex production environment.
  • End-to-end understanding of revenue processes, including contracts, performance obligations, allocation, schedules, recognition, adjustments, invoices and credit memos.
  • Ability to trace failures across upstream order/billing applications, integrations, Zuora Revenue and downstream ERP/GL processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting SQL/data, interfaces, Oracle staging, batch processing, reconciliation and period-close issues.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and experience operating within SOX-controlled processes.
  • Ability to independently lead ambiguous cross-functional problems, make risk-based decisions and explain technical findings in business terms.
  • Ability to work during AMER business hours, with flexibility for critical production and close events.

Even Better If...

  • Experience integrating Zuora Revenue with CRM/CPQ, order management, billing, middleware and Oracle or another ERP.
  • Proficiency with SQL, APIs, file-based integrations, job schedulers, logging and observability tools.
  • Experience with UAT, patching, defect management, root-cause analysis and production change controls.
  • Background in revenue accounting, Finance systems or enterprise quote-to-cash operations.
  • Experience managing vendor cases, service metrics and operational-improvement backlogs; relevant Zuora certification or training is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
