Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie gestalten die interne und externe Kommunikation über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle für SALESIANER sowie unser Inhouse-Startup Linen2GO.
  • Im Fokus stehen die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer PR- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie die Abstimmung mit dem Social-Media-Team.
  • Sie übernehmen die Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, fungieren als Ansprechpartner:in für Medien und externe Stakeholder und positionieren unser Unternehmen aktiv nach außen.
  • Die Planung und Umsetzung von Presseaussendungen sowie die Betreuung von Medienvertreter:innen bei Veranstaltungen und Events gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Im Krisenfall übernehmen Sie die Krisenkommunikation und agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Medien.
  • Sie verfolgen aktiv digitale Trends und KI-gestützte Kommunikationstools und unterstützen bei digitalen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, unter anderem im Bereich Google Ads.
  • Sie unterstützen bei internen Projekten, unter anderem beim Launch unserer Mitarbeiter-App.

Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Kommunikation, PR, Publizistik oder Journalismus und bringen mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Persönliche Kontakte zu Journalisten und Medienvertreter:innen setzen Sie gezielt ein und bauen Ihr Netzwerk laufend weiter aus.
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation von PR-Events sowie im Umgang mit CMS- und Newsletter-Systemen rundet Ihr fachliches Profil ab.
  • Sie gehen aktiv auf Menschen zu, arbeiten proaktiv und bauen nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Medien, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern auf.
  • Ein kreativer und moderner Kommunikationsstil zeichnet Sie aus, Sie testen neue Formate und haben ein sicheres Gespür dafür, welchen Ton sie anschlagen und was wirkt.
  • Sie sind jemand, der hands-on denkt, die Extra-Meile nicht scheut und mit seinem Schreibstil überzeugt.
