Stellenbeschreibung

Perspektive: Potentielle Teamleitung Corporate Development

  • Sie arbeiten direkt unserem COO im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Projektthemen zu, der neben mehreren Unternehmensbereichen die Geschäftsführungsverantwortung für Österreich, die Schweiz und Polen trägt.
  • Sie konzipieren, steuern und monitoren internationale strategische Projekte im Rahmen unserer Organisationsentwicklung und Strategieumsetzung. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich ist die gruppenweite Projektabwicklung und das Durchsteuern von Changes über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg.
  • Sie erstellen Anforderungsanalysen und entscheidungsreife Unterlagen für Geschäftsführung, Eigentümer und Gremien und verantworten die Umsetzung über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette bis zur Erfolgskontrolle.
  • Sie wirken an M&A-Projekten mit – von der Analyse über die Transaktionsbegleitung bis zur Post-Merger-Integration – sowie an Business Cases, Prozessoptimierung und Restrukturierungsthemen. Die Wahrnehmung von Koordinations- und Vorbereitungstätigkeiten rundet Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.
  • Zum Jobstart übernehmen Sie ein internationales Projekt im Bereich Krisenmanagement. Mittelfristig besteht die Perspektive, die Leitung des Corporate Development zu übernehmen.

Qualifikationen

  • Sie bringen einen akademischen Hintergrund aus Wirtschaft, Technik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Bevorzugt laden wir Personen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Consulting und/oder Projektmanagement ein.
  • Analytische Exzellenz sowie Storytelling und Unterlagenerstellung auf Board-Niveau (PowerPoint, Excel) setzen wir voraus.
  • Das Aufbauen von Vertrauen, das Lösen von Konflikten sowie absolute Diskretion und Souveränität im Umgang mit Stakeholdern zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Ihre Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (sehr gut) sowie Englisch (sehr gut) ermöglichen Ihnen eine professionelle Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.
  • Reisebereitschaft bis zu 30% und ein Führerschein B.
  • Sie sind eine parkettsichere Persönlichkeit mit einem Talent im Networking und im Aufbau von tragfähigen Beziehungen. Unternehmerisches Denken, Analytik und Handschlagqualität zeichnen Sie aus.
