Op zoek naar een flexibele bijverdienste waarbij je jouw communicatieve vaardigheden kunt inzetten?

Voor ons communicatiecenter zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde fleximedewerkers die zowel Nederlands als Frans spreken. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waarin klantcontact, communicatie en commerciële dienstverlening centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als fleximedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor telefonisch contact met klanten en prospecten. Je zorgt voor een professioneel gesprek en vertegenwoordigt onze klanten op een correcte en klantgerichte manier.

  • Behandelen van inbound telefoongesprekken van deelnemers aan de groepsaankoop.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van klantgerichte ondersteuning.
  • Correct verwerken en opvolgen van klantgegevens en aanvragen in de backoffice.
  • Zorgvuldig registreren van de gesprekken en acties in de systemen.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij hun deelname aan de groepsaankoop voor energie.

Je krijgt de nodige opleiding en begeleiding om je functie goed uit te voeren.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans spreekt en schrijft
  • Onder het flexistatuut kan werken
  • Vlot met de computer kan werken
  • Professioneel en enthousiast overkomt aan de telefoon
  • Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team
  • Beschikbaar is in (minstens) één van deze periodes: 2 weken in januari (laatste) - eerste weken maart en april of laatste 2 weken van oktober

Ervaring in een callcenter, klantenservice of sales is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie en een goede communicatiestijl vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
