Sales Valley è una boutique HR specializzata nella selezione di profili commerciali. Per un'azienda attiva dal 2013 nel settore tech per l'hospitality, con sede a Riccione, ricerchiamo un* Business Developer per lo sviluppo del business su tutto il territorio italiano.

L'azienda ha sviluppato un software per hotel, strutture ricettive e catene alberghiere, oggi distribuito su circa 1000 strutture in Italia. Il ruolo nasce per strutturate la funzione commerciale, con la prima figura interna dedicata.

Il ruolo

Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vendita e diventerai il punto di riferimento commerciale, in una realtà consolidata, con l'obiettivo di ampliare il portafoglio clienti sul territorio nazionale e identificare nuove opportunità di business.

Cosa farai

  • Gestirai i lead inbound in ingresso dalle campagne di marketing e svilupperai attività outbound
  • Presenterai la demo della piattaforma e costruirai relazioni con i decision maker delle strutture ricettive
  • Svilupperai nuove opportunità di business sul territorio
  • Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vendita fino alla chiusura del contratto
  • Gestirai il CRM per la gestione della pipeline e della reportistica
  • Parteciperai a fiere ed eventi di settore in Italia

Chi cerchiamo

Una persona con esperienza nella vendita di prodotti o servizi tecnologici nel settore hospitality, abituata a gestire relazioni dirette con hotel e strutture ricettive e a lavorare per obiettivi.

Requisiti obbligatori

  • 3+ anni di esperienza nella vendita di prodotti o servizi tecnologici (software, domotica, ICT) per il settore Hospitality
  • Esperienza nella gestione di trattative commerciali
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione
  • Buona padronanza di CRM e strumenti di reportistica commerciale
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale per visite clienti e fiere di settore

Requisiti preferenziali

  • Provenienza da realtà con approccio strutturato e orientato ai KPI
  • Esperienza nella gestione di portafogli clienti

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio
  • RAL 35.000-45.000 €
  • MBO 20%
  • Rimborso spese per le trasferte
  • Lavoro da remoto con presenza mensile in sede a Riccione, dopo il primo mese di onboarding in presenza.
  • Strumenti di lavoro (PC e cellulare)
  • Possibilità concreta di crescita nel ruolo di responsabile commerciale
