Stiamo cercando proprio una figura con questo background per entrare in una delle aziende più autorevoli del settore zootecnico italiano.

Da oltre 50 anni progetta e realizza strutture zootecniche per allevamenti bovini ed è oggi uno dei principali riferimenti del settore in Italia: 250 collaboratori, 80 milioni di euro di fatturato, presenza consolidata sui mercati internazionali e investimenti attivi in biogas, biometano ed energie rinnovabili.

Per supportare il piano di espansione commerciale nell'area del Parmiggiano Reggiano (Mantova, Modena, Parma e Reggio Emilia) siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico Commerciale con esperienza nel settore bovino.

L'area di competenza La figura opera in autonomia sul territorio assegnato, riporta direttamente al Direttore Commerciale e garantisce presenza in sede (provincia di Cremona) indicativamente il lunedì.

Cosa farai

  • Gestirai e svilupperai un portafoglio clienti composto da allevatori e aziende del settore bovino
  • Offrirai consulenza tecnico-commerciale ad alto valore aggiunto nella scelta delle soluzioni più adatte
  • Costruirai relazioni solide con imprenditori agricoli e allevatori attraverso visite dirette agli allevamenti
  • Individuerai nuove opportunità commerciali in un'area strategica per l'azienda
  • Collaborerai con la Direzione Commerciale e i team tecnici per definire le soluzioni progettuali più efficaci
  • Utilizzerai gli strumenti digitali aziendali (gestionale Teseo e app proprietaria)

Chi cerchiamo

Un professionista che conosca il comparto bovino dall'interno e sappia costruire fiducia con allevatori e imprenditori agricoli grazie a competenza tecnica, ascolto e approccio consulenziale.

Requisiti essenziali

  • Esperienza nel settore bovino in ruoli tecnici o tecnico-commerciali (indicativamente 4-5 anni; aperti a profili con elevato potenziale)
  • Formazione tecnico-scientifica (Agraria, Veterinaria o affini) o equivalente esperienza sul campo
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative
  • Autonomia nella gestione del territorio e disponibilità agli spostamenti

  • Provenienza da mangimistica, inseminazione artificiale, salute animale o comparti affini
  • Veterinari con interesse per un percorso commerciale
  • Agronomi con attività di vendita nel settore

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Metalmeccanico
  • RAL €50.000 – €70.000, commisurata all'esperienza
  • MBO 10–20% della RAL
