Sales Valley, boutique HR specializzata nella selezione di profili commerciali, ricerca per un'azienda cliente un/una Consulente Commerciale Showroom.

L'azienda Il nostro cliente è un'azienda storica milanese, con 50 anni di attività nella vendita e consulenza di materiali per la ristrutturazione d'interni: infissi, porte e pavimenti in legno. Ha due showroom a Milano e un team giovane e dinamico. Sta riposizionando il brand e ampliando la clientela con nuove iniziative di marketing.

Il ruolo La risorsa lavorerà nello showroom principale di Milano (300 mq), riportando direttamente alla Titolare. Gestirà l'intero percorso del cliente, dall'accoglienza in showroom fino al supporto durante l'installazione.

Di cosa ti occuperai

  • Accoglienza e consulenza ai clienti che entrano in showroom
  • Preventivi su infissi, porte e parquet
  • Follow-up commerciale e chiusura delle trattative
  • Gestione dei rapporti con clienti privati, aziende, architetti e imprese edili
  • Supporto a distanza nelle fasi di installazione e posa (senza sopralluoghi in cantiere)
  • Allestimento e cura dello spazio espositivo
  • Partecipazione alle attività di marketing per lo sviluppo del brand

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Esperienza obbligatoria nella vendita di infissi, porte o parquet (almeno uno dei tre settori)
  • Buona capacità di fare preventivi e di gestire la trattativa
  • Saper parlare con interlocutori diversi, dal privato al professionista
  • Spiccata attitudine commerciale, proattività e orientamento al risultato
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e cura dell'immagine professionale
  • Autonomia, spirito d'iniziativa e abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi
  • Italiano madrelingua o fluente

Cosa offriamo

  • Assunzione diretta con CCNL Commercio e Terziario
  • RAL tra 35.000 e 40.000 €, in base all'esperienza
  • Orario: 10:00–14:00 / 16:00–19:00, dal lunedì al sabato
  • Un sabato libero al mese, con la possibilità di valutare un secondo giorno di riposo settimanale
  • Un'azienda solida e storica, con un team giovane (età media 28–30 anni)
  • Rapporto diretto con la Titolare e possibilità di crescere professionalmente in una fase di sviluppo del brand
