Cerchiamo un/una HR Manager pronto/a a costruire da zero la funzione HR di un'azienda giovane, ambiziosa e in forte crescita. Un ruolo raro: non gestisci l'esistente, lo crei tu.

Immagina un gruppo in forte espansione, con uffici in zona centrale a Torino e una presenza che sta crescendo in tutta Italia. La funzione HR oggi è tutta da disegnare, e cercano la persona giusta per farlo: non un ruolo di mantenimento, ma un ruolo da protagonista, con piena autonomia e riporto diretto alla proprietà.

Cosa renderà speciale questo ruolo

Avrai in mano l'intera funzione HR e la costruirai a modo tuo: dal recruiting (oltre 10 assunzioni entro il 2027) al sistema di performance e compensation, fino ai percorsi di crescita delle persone. Un perimetro completo, con piena autonomia e l'ambizione di lasciare il segno.

Sei tu se…

  • Hai una solida esperienza HR (5+ anni tra HRBP, HR Generalist o Talent Acquisition, con un passaggio da HR Manager — ma se hai il potenziale giusto, ti ascoltiamo comunque).
  • Il recruiting è la tua passione e il tuo punto di forza.
  • Sai muoverti nell'amministrazione del personale e padroneggi le basi della normativa giuslavoristica quel tanto che basta per dialogare da pari con i professionisti.
  • Hai grandi doti relazionali e diventi naturalmente il riferimento delle persone.
  • Ti trovi a tuo agio nei contesti dinamici, con dinamiche da start-up e scale-up, e sei disponibile a qualche trasferta tra le sedi.

Cosa troverai

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato (CCNL SISAL/ANPIT) e RAL 40.000–45.000 €.
  • Presenza in ufficio dal lunedì al giovedì negli spazi in zona centrale a Torino, con smart working il venerdì.
