Sales Valley è una boutique HR specializzata nella selezione di profili commerciali. Per conto di un'azienda attiva da 40 anni nella progettazione e organizzazione di congressi, fiere ed eventi, con un focus sul settore medico-scientifico, facility e tecnologie per l'industria alimentare, ricerchiamo un* Sales Account per il team commerciale.

L'azienda gestisce la progettualità degli eventi a 360°, dalla fattibilità economica alla strategia di comunicazione, e costruisce con clienti e fornitori partnership continuative nel tempo. Con sede a Bologna, organizza congressi, fiere ed eventi nazionali ed internazionali.

Cosa farai

  • Ricercherai espositori e sponsor per fiere e convegni
  • Svilupperai relazioni con nuovi clienti
  • Gestirai la relazione con i clienti
  • Parteciperai a fiere e congressi di settore
  • Gestirai e aggiornerai il CRM per tenere traccia di relazioni e trattative

Chi cerchiamo Cerchiamo un* professionist* con forte appeal commerciale e orientamento al risultato, ottime capacità di negoziazione e di costruzione di relazioni, abituat* a vendere servizi non tangibili.

Requisiti obbligatori

  • 5+ anni di esperienza commerciale
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e networking
  • Esperienza nella ricerca di sponsor e vendita di spazi espositivi
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare e partecipare a fiere/congressi
  • Buona dimestichezza nell'utilizzo del CRM
  • Autonomia e spirito d'iniziativa, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi

Requisiti preferenziali

  • Provenienza dal mondo delle fiere
  • Esperienza nel settore medico-scientifico o farmaceutico
  • Conoscenza della lingua Inglese
