Sales Valley, boutique HR specializzata nella selezione di profili commerciali, cerca un* Sales Engineer per un'azienda metalmeccanica e impiantistica in forte crescita nei servizi di Engineering. Sarai il primo Sales Engineer interno e avrai il compito di sviluppare il business nel settore Oil & Gas.

Sede e mercato Potrai lavorare da casa. Non è richiesta la presenza in ufficio, se non durante il periodo di onboarding nella sede in provincia di Vicenza. Sono previste trasferte presso i clienti su tutto il territorio nazionale. I mercati sono Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Impiantistica e Metalmeccanica, con apertura progressiva all'estero.

Cosa farai

  • Svilupperai nuovo business in Italia, con focus sull'Oil & Gas.
  • Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vendita: dal primo contatto alla negoziazione e alla chiusura.
  • Costruirai relazioni con Oil Company, EPC Contractor, società di engineering e aziende industriali.
  • Proporrai servizi di engineering, supervisione impianti, commissioning, manutenzione e revamping.
  • Guiderai trattative complesse e ad alto valore insieme alle funzioni tecniche.
  • Svilupperai il portafoglio clienti esistente e, in futuro, coordinerai una rete commerciale.

Chi cerchiamo

  • Almeno 3- 5 anni come Sales Engineer, Technical Sales o Business Development nel B2B industriale.
  • Esperienza consolidata nell'Oil & Gas, preferibilmente nella vendita di servizi di engineering.
  • Network attivo presso Oil Company, EPC, contractor e società di engineering.
  • Capacità di acquisire nuovi clienti in autonomia.
  • Conoscenza di capitolati, specifiche tecniche e processi di procurement.
  • Inglese almeno B2.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte presso i clienti in Italia e, in prospettiva, all'estero (circa 10 giorni al mese).

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Terziario Confcommercio.
  • Lavoro da casa, senza presenza in ufficio richiesta, tranne durante l'onboarding.
  • RAL 70.000–90.000 € tra fisso e variabile/MBO.
  • Auto aziendale a uso promiscuo e rimborso trasferte.
  • Welfare fino a 3.000 € netti.
  • Autonomia e possibilità di crescere fino a guidare la funzione Sales.
