Ingeniero/a Trainee de Análisis de Datos y Modelamiento — Producción Agua Dulce

Importante empresa de la industria salmonera busca incorporar a un/a Ingeniero/a Trainee para el área de Producción Agua Dulce, con base en Puerto Montt.

El objetivo del cargo es transformar información operacional de pisciculturas en herramientas de análisis, indicadores y modelos que permitan comprender el comportamiento de los procesos, anticipar desviaciones y apoyar decisiones para mejorar la eficiencia productiva.

Principales funciones

  • Recopilar, integrar, depurar y analizar datos productivos y ambientales de las distintas instalaciones.
  • Elaborar reportes, indicadores y tableros para el seguimiento de resultados operacionales.
  • Analizar tendencias y relaciones entre variables para identificar desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo y validación de modelos estadísticos y predictivos aplicados a los procesos de producción de agua dulce.
  • Automatizar el procesamiento de información y tareas de análisis recurrentes.
  • Trabajar junto a los equipos técnicos y operacionales para interpretar resultados y evaluar la utilidad de las soluciones desarrolladas.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Profesional recién titulado/a o con máximo 2 años de experiencia profesional.
  • Título de Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Civil Electrónica, Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión, Ingeniería Civil Matemática, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería en Acuicultura u otra carrera afín con formación cuantitativa.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y conocimientos de Python para procesamiento y análisis de datos.
  • Conocimientos de estadística y fundamentos de modelamiento predictivo.
  • Capacidad para interpretar datos, evaluar resultados y comunicar hallazgos de forma clara.
  • Interés por aprender sobre la industria salmonera y los procesos productivos de agua dulce.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar con base en Puerto Montt y visitar las instalaciones del área.

Se valorará

  • Manejo de Power BI, SQL, Power Query u otras herramientas de integración y visualización de datos.
  • Proyectos académicos, de título, prácticas o experiencia laboral en modelos predictivos, series de tiempo, machine learning u optimización.
  • Experiencia con datos de sensores, monitoreo de variables o procesos productivos.

Buscamos una persona analítica, proactiva y orientada a resultados, con curiosidad por comprender los procesos, disposición para aprender y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Se considerarán proyectos académicos y prácticas como evidencia de conocimientos técnicos; no se requiere experiencia previa en salmonicultura.
