Pay Details & Schedule

  • Average Annual Pay: $81,900–$85,580
  • Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,600–$1,645
  • Top Annual Earnings: Up to $94,796
  • Mileage Pay: $0.68 CPM
  • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
  • Weekly Safety & Performance Bonus: $50
  • Five-day workweek with consecutive days off
  • 450–550 miles per day, averaging 10–12 hours per shift
  • Home daily

Current Schedule Options:

  • Tuesday–Saturday: Start between 11:30 PM and 4:00 AM
  • Thursday–Monday: Start between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM
  • Friday–Tuesday: Start between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM

Schedule availability may change as positions are filled.

Job Details

  • Dedicated local refrigerated freight account
  • Starting location: Cedar Falls, IA
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Consistent routes with multiple shift options

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
  • No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • No SAP drivers
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required
  • Must meet DOT English language requirements
  • Clean driving record
