Zur gezielten Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst in Merseburg Süd eine engagierte stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (39 Stunden/Woche), die perspektivisch die Leitung unserer Sozialstation übernimmt.

So können Sie uns unterstützen:

  • individuelle Betreuung und Pflege von Menschen in ihrer häuslichen Umgebung
  • eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Gesundheitsförderung sowie Erhaltung und Stabilisierung der vitalen Funktionen unserer Pflegebedürftigen
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung und psychosozialen Stabilisierung
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Hausärzt*innen und weiteren Diensten
  • Pflege- und Tourenplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegedienstleitung
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen gemäß geltenden Standards und rechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegequalität

Ihre Aufgaben als stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung:

  • Unterstützung und Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung in allen Leitungsaufgaben
  • Mitverantwortung für die Sicherstellung einer optimalen pflegerischen und psychosozialen Betreuung unserer Klient*innen
  • Weiterentwicklung, Verbesserung und Umsetzung von Konzepten, Standards und Methoden der Pflege
  • Sicherstellung einer sachgerechten Beschaffung und Verwendung der für die Pflege notwendigen Mittel
  • Mitwirkung an einer wirtschaftlichen Betriebsführung
  • Kontrolle und Evaluation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Unterstützung im Personalmanagement
  • Sicherung und Förderung der Zufriedenheit des Pflegepersonals
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung des Pflegepersonals
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der gesetzlich vorgegebenen Struktur-, Prozess- und Ergebnisqualität
  • Sicherstellung einer aktivierenden Pflege

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft/ Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen unseres Dienstplans
  • Kenntnisse aktueller Pflegestandards
  • ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Teams wünschenswert
  • ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • die Bereitschaft, das christliche Profil unserer Einrichtung mitzutragen – eine Kirchenzugehörigkeit ist wünschenswert
