Für unsere Verwaltung suchen wir ab dem 01.01.2027 eine Verwaltungsfachkraft (m/w/d) in der Buchhaltung für 35 Stunden/ Woche.

Ein früherer Einstieg ist nach Absprache gerne möglich.

So können Sie uns unterstützen:

  • selbständige Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Buchung der Bankauszüge und Eingangsrechnungen
  • Erstellen und Verbuchen von Rechnungen inkl. Lieferscheinzusammenfassung und -kontrolle im ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung in Vertretung - Rechnungen im Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) „Amagno“
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Klärung offener Posten
  • Forderungsmanagement und Mahnwesen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsberichten sowie Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen
  • Kontieren und Buchen von Rechnungen, Zahlungen sowie Kassentätigkeiten
  • Meldungen an Ämter und Verwaltungen

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

  • idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP- und Buchhaltungssystemen
  • versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung
  • Teamgeist, Loyalität, Diskretion und Engagement
  • Freude an der Arbeit
  • ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft das christliche Profil der Einrichtung mitzutragen, eine Mitgliedschaft in der Kirche ist erwünscht

Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet für zwei Jahre (mit Aussicht auf Weiterbeschäftigung).
