Bei HR kümmern wir uns um die Menschen der Samhammer AG – in allen Belangen. Von der Rekrutierung über administrative Tätigkeiten bis hin zur Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen übernehmen wir ein breites Spektrum an Aufgaben aus dem Personalwesen.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören

  • Du verantwortest für deinen Unternehmensbereich den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Stellenausschreibung über die Kandidatenauswahl bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Du bist kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen im gesamten Mitarbeiter-Lifecycle
  • Du begleitest Maßnahmen der Mitarbeiterentwicklung, von Weiterbildungen bis zu Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest aktiv die Modernisierung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse mit
  • Du bist bereit, bei administrative HR-Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft zu unterstützen

Das bringst Du bereits mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal/BWL/Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Rund 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner, Personalreferent:in o. ä. sind wünschenswert
  • Lust auf Veränderung: Du willst bestehende Prozesse hinterfragen und aktiv modernisieren und digitalisieren, statt sie nur zu verwalten
  • Interesse am Einsatz von KI und neuen digitalen Tools
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
