Hai interesse per il mondo del food, ti piace lavorare in squadra e contribuire alla realizzazione di gelati e croissant di qualità in un contesto produttivo strutturato?

Stiamo cercando personale da inserire nel reparto produttivo dei nostri stabilimenti di Empoli e Vinci, che si occuperà delle attività operative legate alla produzione e al confezionamento di gelati e croissant, lavorando su linee automatiche. La risorsa opererà nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e degli standard di qualità e sicurezza, contribuendo all’efficienza produttiva.

COSA FARAI

All’interno del reparto produttivo, lavorando a rotazione sulle linee di produzione, ti occuperai di:

  • Carico dei semilavorati e/o degli imballaggi sulle macchine riempitrici
  • Attività di controllo e monitoraggio dei prodotti
  • Prelievo del prodotto in uscita e confezionamento manuale nelle scatole, quando previsto

Opererai sempre nel rispetto delle procedure operative, degli standard qualitativi e delle norme di sicurezza e igiene.

Cerchiamo una persona precisa, affidabile e collaborativa, con una buona attitudine al lavoro operativo e alla rotazione delle mansioni, in grado di svolgere le attività con attenzione e responsabilità all’interno di un contesto produttivo strutturato.

Requisiti

  • Buona manualità
  • Disponibilità al lavoro su turni, anche notturni
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di seguire le procedure operative

  • Assunzione con contratto stagionale, CCNL Industria Alimentare, con stipendio mensile lordo a partire da € 1.929,08, definito secondo criteri oggettivi e gender‑neutral
  • Formazione iniziale su sicurezza e HACCP
