Stiamo cercando un IT Support Coordinator che, inserito nel Team IT e basato sulla nostra sede di Empoli, guidi e coordini i servizi di IT Support nelle sedi italiane del Gruppo, assicurando un'esperienza utente efficace e un servizio di alta qualità.

Il ruolo prevede la gestione dei fornitori e delle risorse esterne, la promozione dell'innovazione nei processi e negli strumenti di supporto IT e il miglioramento continuo dell'efficienza operativa. La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento per il coordinamento tra utenti, IT Operations, team specialistici e partner esterni su tutte le attività relative ai servizi di workplace e supporto IT.

REQUISITI

  • Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini;
  • Esperienza di circa 4-7 anni in ruoli di IT Support, Service Desk Coordination o IT Operations;
  • Esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di fornitori e partner IT;
  • Ottime competenze di organizzazione e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Buona proattività e orientamento al miglioramento continuo;
  • Sviluppate competenze di problem solving e orientamento al cliente (interno ed esterno);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (scritta e parlata);
  • Disponibilità a trasferte presso le sedi italiane del Gruppo.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • Certificazione ITIL Foundation.
  • Conoscenza di Microsoft Intune e/o Microsoft Azure.
  • Esperienza in contesti multinazionali o multi-sito.

COSA FARAI

All’interno del team IT Operations, ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Coordinare le attività di supporto IT di primo e secondo livello affidate a fornitori esterni, garantendo rispetto delle priorità, degli SLA e qualità del servizio;
  • Monitorare ticket, richieste, incident e problematiche ricorrenti, promuovendo azioni correttive e iniziative di miglioramento;
  • Gestire la relazione operativa con partner e fornitori IT, verificando avanzamento attività, livelli di servizio e rispetto degli standard aziendali;
  • Supervisionare e supportare l'erogazione dei servizi di workplace (postazioni di lavoro, dispositivi mobili, utenze, strumenti di collaborazione Microsoft 365) e supportare gli utenti, assicurando il corretto presidio operativo da parte dei fornitori esterni;
  • Coordinare le attività di onboarding, offboarding e gestione degli accessi in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali competenti;
  • Supportare la pianificazione e realizzazione di progetti infrastrutturali, roll-out tecnologici, migrazioni e aperture di nuove sedi;
  • Assicurare l'aggiornamento e l'evoluzione della documentazione tecnica, l'inventario degli asset IT e della knowledge base, favorendone il riutilizzo, la standardizzazione e l'adozione di strumenti di automazione e self-service;
  • Monitorare KPI e indicatori di servizio, predisponendo reportistica periodica per il management IT;
  • Collaborare con utenti e stakeholder interni per raccogliere esigenze, identificare opportunità di miglioramento e favorire l'adozione delle soluzioni IT;
  • Identificare e guidare iniziative di miglioramento dei processi di IT Support finalizzate all'aumento dell'efficienza operativa, alla riduzione delle richieste ricorrenti e al miglioramento dell'esperienza degli utenti.
