Mandatés par un de nos clients, nous recherchons pour un poste fixe, un(e) Second de cuisine.

Au cœur d'un établissement dynamique et renommé, le rôle de Second de cuisine est une opportunité unique de développer votre passion pour la gastronomie.

  • Participer activement à l'élaboration des menus en collaboration avec le chef de cuisine.
  • Gérer et organiser la préparation des plats tout en respectant les normes de qualité et d'hygiène.
  • Encadrer et former les membres de l'équipe en cuisine pour assurer une communication fluide et efficace.
  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes, s'assurer que les approvisionnements sont correctement gérés et que la chaîne de production fonctionne sans accroc.
  • Contribuer à l'innovation culinaire en apportant des idées nouvelles et créatives pour ravir nos clients.

Pour assurer ce rôle clé, vous possédez une solide formation en cuisine avec un intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles tendances culinaires. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership inspirant et votre capacité à travailler en synergie avec une équipe ambitieuse et énergique. Votre sens de l'organisation et votre rigueur sont des atouts indéniables pour ce poste. Vous êtes motivé.e, et avez à cœur de surprendre et de fidéliser la clientèle par votre inventivité. Qualités recherchées :

  • CFC de Cuisinier ou titre jugée équivalent
  • 2 ans minimum d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Excellent gestionnaire d'équipe.
  • Attestation de formation pour apprenti un vrai plus
  • Capacité à travailler de manière soignée et indépendante
  • Sens aigu des responsabilités
  • Autonome et flexible
  • Habitant la région de La Chaux\-de\-Fonds
  • Véhiculé INDISPENSANBLE!
