Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional proactivo y con capacidad de liderazgo para ocupar el puesto de Jefe de Operaciones - Administrativo en nuestro sanatorio. La persona seleccionada tendrá como responsabilidad garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las áreas administrativas y asistenciales de soporte, liderando equipos, supervisando la operación diaria y promoviendo la mejora continua.

El Jefe de Operaciones deberá monitorear indicadores de gestión para asegurar una atención eficiente, el cumplimiento de los estándares institucionales y una adecuada articulación entre los distintos sectores del sanatorio. Se espera que la persona seleccionada cuente con formación universitaria y experiencia previa en puestos similares, demostrando habilidades para la toma de decisiones, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Administración en Salud o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en posiciones de jefatura o coordinación, preferentemente en instituciones de salud.
  • Conocimientos en procesos administrativos hospitalarios, financiadores de salud, sistemas HIS e indicadores de gestión.
  • Manejo de Excel (deseable avanzado).
  • Liderazgo, comunicación, organización, orientación al servicio y capacidad para la toma de decisiones.
  • Disponibilidad Full Time y para trasladarse entre sedes.
