Descripción del puesto: Médico/a Residente de 1° año de Terapia Intensiva

En Sanatorio del Oeste nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Médico/a Residente de 1° año de Terapia Intensiva para incorporarse al Servicio de Cuidados Intensivos en nuestra sede de Ituzaingó.

Orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales médicos/as con interés en desarrollarse dentro del área de cuidados críticos, que cuenten con compromiso, capacidad de aprendizaje, responsabilidad y predisposición para integrarse a un equipo interdisciplinario.

La posición requiere un perfil con sólida orientación asistencial, capacidad analítica, adaptación al cambio, comunicación efectiva y buen desempeño en contextos de alta exigencia, propios del servicio de Terapia Intensiva.

Requisitos

  • Título de Médico/a.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Título de Médico/a. Manejo de herramientas informáticas: Word, Excel y PowerPoint. Se valorará contar con conocimientos de inglés.
  • Competencias / Habilidades necesarias para el puesto: Capacidad analítica, adaptación al cambio, creatividad e innovación, sentido de pertenencia, orientación al cliente, trabajo en equipo, comunicación, compromiso, trabajo bajo presión, orientación a resultados, iniciativa, proactividad, autonomía y capacidad de aprendizaje.
  • Otros Requerimientos: Perfil profesional orientado al Servicio de Cuidados Intensivos. Preferentemente residir en Zona Oeste. Disponibilidad: Lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 17:00 hs y fines de semana rotativos. Guardias de 24 hs.
