Sanctuary Hotel, located in the heart of Manhattan, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable PM Lobby Attendant to join our team!

Our lobby is where the guest experience begins, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping it welcoming, spotless, and running smoothly. If you’re someone who notices the little things, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a lively hotel environment, we’d love to meet you!

What you will be doing

  • Welcome guests with a smile and make them feel right at home.
  • Keep our lobby looking its best throughout the evening.
  • Assist guests with questions, directions, and requests.
  • Stay alert and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate with other hotel departments.
  • Jump in and lend a hand wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
  • Help create the warm, memorable experience our guests expect.

What you bring to the table

  • A friendly personality and a genuine love for hospitality.
  • A great attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • An eye for detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and organized.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stay on your toes.
  • Availability to work evening shifts.
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes a long way!
