Join the Sanctuary Hotel team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our luxury property in New York, NY. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and positive check-in and check-out experience. You will be responsible for managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using the hotel's reservation system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide guests with local information and recommendations as needed.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
